  • I can’t get to your garage during the day, what can I do?

    We offer a local collection and delivery service. We also have a courtesy car on-site if required. Alternatively, you can drop off your vehicle out of hours, as we provide a safe place for keys.

  • How can I find out about the service schedule for my car?

    This information should be in the handbook, however if this has been misplaced or is unavailable then we can always access dealer services to enable us to see what your vehicle is due and when.

  • Will my warranty be affected by your garage servicing my car?

    No, we service to manufacturer specifications and we can also use manufacturer parts if requested.

  • Are your prices fixed?

    We quote based on what is needed, the price is fixed unless extra work or parts are needed. If so, this will be discussed with you beforehand.

  • Which oil do you use?

    We subscribe to manufacturer information; therefore we will put in the oil that is recommended by them for your type of vehicle.

  • How do I check my oil and anti-freeze?

    Pop in! We will show you. In fact, pop in and we will check it for you.

  • What services do you offer?

    We cover all aspects of vehicle maintenance and repair. We don’t, however, do bodywork.

  • Do you have any Covid-19 restrictions in place?

    We offer a secure drop off. We have a waiting area, however as it stands, we only allow 1 person to use it at any one time. Our staff also sanitise both their hands and vehicles throughout the day.
